Meet Courtney C. Gambrell, LPC, NCC, Certified Crisis Specialist

Courtney C. Gambrell is a licensed professional counselor, board certified counselor, and certified crisis specialist who earned a Master of Science in Counseling from Villanova University (2016), subsequent to earning a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Psychology, accompanied by an English minor, from Immaculata University (2014).

She has garnered over three years of experience as an outpatient therapist providing services to youth, teens, and families, along with over five years of cumulative outpatient counseling experience. Courtney is passionate about providing psychoeducation and identifying feasible strategies to support clients in improving self-awareness, increasing social awareness, attaining personal goals, and overcoming critical challenges.

Courtney specializes in crisis intervention, with over seven years of experience across outpatient agencies, emergency departments, inpatient facilities, and call centers. She is highly skilled in completing comprehensive suicide risk assessments across demographics and is knowledgeable in implementing the highest recommended, evidence-based suicide assessment tools available for professional use.​
